Clubbies Camp Itinerary: MONDAY

8:15-9:00am  Camp Check-in

Parents and players will check in with Coach Garrett. Players will be given a name tag and we will do a lunch check. If lunch is purchased, we will take the order. If players are bringing their own lunch, they just need to show they have one each morning. All players must either purchase a lunch or bring their own.

Players will then say goodbye to whomever dropped them off and head over to Coach Curtis who will put each player in their group for the week. Parents are welcome to stay and watch all day if they like. After check-in is when the kids become campers. Coach Curtis will put them in a group. If there is a buddy request for groups, this will be the time where Coach Curtis will accommodate the best he can.

The rest of our staff will be spread out amongst the field with various morning activities until camp starts.

9:00-9:15am Morning Meeting

Players will be given a broad outline of the week, camper expectations, and an outline for the day.

Camper expectations are simple:

1. Campers will not go into the coach area. Our coaches will have a designated area where they will be during their off time. We ask a lot from our coaches when it comes to energy and effort. We give them all rotating breaks throughout the day and players and spectators will not be allowed in that area.

2. Campers will not impede on the positivity of another camper’s experience.

3. All our campers are on equal footing and will be treated as such.
